Day 07

Eating meals at roughly the same time every day. This has helped stabilize my glucose significantly. Amanda has helped me plan different meals. Last night I cut cabbage into strips and cooked it with tomato sauce and italian herbs to mimic spaghetti. We added lean ground beef, garlic and served it with italian cheese. At weigh in, I was about 10 lbs lighter. Not bad for a week’s worth of work.
